Dear Parents,

We wish to inform you that your child will begin their first block of swimming week beginning Sunday the 6th of October 2019. In preparation for this we ask that you prepare your child for swimming by equipping them with the necessary swimming kit before they start their swimming blocks. The kit should include:

• Towel

• Swimming cap

• Swimming costume/shorts

• Flips flops

• Goggles (please have goggles opened and adjusted to head size)

• PE Uniform

All of the above are required before the child can enter the pool. Students are required to independently get changed from their PE uniform to their swimming costumes supervised by the PE staff. Starting from now we ask that you rehearse with your child getting changed from the PE Uniform to the swimming costume as this will greatly reduce the time in which the students spend in the changing rooms and will ultimately give each student a longer time in the pool developing their swimming skills.
