Kuwait National English School held its annual Sports Day for EYFS / Key Stage 1 & SEN this week. It was a fun day filled with competition and good clean respectful fun!

What a fun day full of events and participation from all students, staff who were there to support the children and cheer them on.

The students competed by their House Teams (Oxford /  Durham / London  / Cambridge) but the competition was more fun and supportive and not a sign of poor sportsmanship was seen throughout the day. The students gave each competition their very best and really didn’t seem to mind whether they lost or won. So many examples of students coming to the aid of their classmates when they needed help finishing a competition. It was quite heart warming to watch.

The races were quite competitive, and students gave it there all but always cheered for their classmates.

The staff were all were very proud of the children as the students of KNES continued their tradition of caring for each other and supporting each other to do their best and feel good about themselves and their fellow classmates. 

Good Sportsmanship continues to be the primary goal of sports at KNES
