Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are pleased to invite you to attend the Annual Sports Day for KS2(upper primary) and Secondary students, which comes as part of the school’s commitment to promoting physical activity and instilling the values of cooperation and positive competition among students.

The event will be organized in a designated educational and sporting atmosphere, with the participation of students from Key Stage 2,3,4 and 5.

We would be honored by your presence and participation with your children in this occasion, as it has a positive impact on supporting and motivating them.

All students must come to school by 7:00am latest and they will leave school by bus with their respective classes and teachers to the Stadium.

Important Details:

Date and Timings: Key Stage Date Timing Venue KS 2,3 and 4 Sunday 8th February 2026 08:00 am - 1:30 am Athletics Stadium Kaifan.

Timetable: A detailed timetable for each Key Stage has been prepared to ensure age-appropriate, engaging activities.

Dress Code:

Students should wear school PE pants, white shoes. and a plain jacket or T-shirt in their designated team color.

Key Stage 2, 3 & 4 Teams:

- Oxford – Blue - Durham – Yellow - London – Green - Cambridge – Red

- T-shirts must be plain (no football club logos), but brands such as Nike and Adidas are acceptable.

Supervision & Safety:

- Form Tutor will be accompanying their classes throughout the day and recording scores at each station.

- Additional Teachers will be stationed at designated activity areas to assist students.

- PE Staff will be moving between stations to ensure everything runs smoothly and address any concerns.

This event is designed to be fun, inclusive, and engaging for all students. We encourage parents to help ensure their children arrive prepared with the correct attire and ready for an active and enjoyable day.
