Students Explore Innovation and Enterprise at Zain Telecommunications and Alghanim Automotives
Students from Kuwait National English School had an enriching
series of educational visits designed to connect classroom learning with
real-world enterprise and innovation.
Our Year 11 and 12 students visited Zain Telecommunications,
where they learned about the importance of cyber security in protecting users
and businesses in today’s digital age. They also discovered Zain’s strong
commitment to creating better lives through lasting connectivity across Kuwait
and beyond. A highlight of the visit was an inside look at the Zain Call
Centre, where students witnessed how exceptional customer service is achieved.
The experience provided valuable insights into the telecommunications industry,
leaving students inspired and fully engaged throughout the visit.
Meanwhile, our Year 10 students explored the world of
business and innovation at Alghanim Automotives, gaining firsthand exposure to
the operations of a leading automotive company. They learned about the Ford
brand and observed how the company’s marketing and finance departments work
together to drive success through innovation and strategic planning. The tour
of the Alghanim Service Centre and showrooms offered a fascinating glimpse into
vehicle maintenance, customer service, and the latest models of Ford cars.
Both visits provided meaningful learning experiences that
linked theory to practice, deepening students’ understanding of enterprise,
teamwork, and career opportunities across industries. It was an inspiring
journey of discovery that reflected the school’s commitment to preparing
students for the world beyond the classroom.
