Year 12 School Trip to Farah Specialised Centre for Elderly Care
Today marked a memorable and heartfelt milestone for
our Year 12 students at KNES as they embarked on their final school trip.
Accompanied by some Year 11 students, they visited the Farah Specialised Centre
for Elderly Care in Andulous, bringing with them flowers, food, and thoughtful
gifts to honour and uplift the elderly residents.
The visit was a touching experience for many students,
with some expressing how deeply moved they were by the frailty and quiet
strength of the individuals they met. The appreciation and joy on the faces of
the elderly were a testament to the impact of the visit.
It was a day of meaningful connection, compassion, and
reflection—an experience that not only brought smiles to the elderly but also
left the students humbled and enriched. This final trip will undoubtedly remain
a cherished memory in their school journey.
