Dear Parents

The third term has started, and it is going to be a very short one. We do hope that you trust us to do everything possible in the best interests of your children as you have seen through my previous letters.

We would like to inform you that we are holding our sports day on Tuesday, 22 April 2025 at the Kaifan Athletics Stadium. Unfortunately, this year due to the Holy Month of Ramadan in March, the sports day has been exceptionally postponed to April. Students will leave school promptly at 7:30am. EYFS & KS1 (Year 1 and 2) students will come back to school by 10:30am while KS2 and secondary will come back to school between 12:30-1:00pm.

All parents are invited to join us on this special occasion at the Kaifan Athletics Stadium. Please ensure that your child will come to school on time by 7:15am to depart for the stadium with all the other children on the school bus dressed in their sport outfits and the colour assigned by the teacher for the respective houses. To make this special event interesting and lively, children can bring pompoms to cheer their houses.

At the end of the activities, if you wish to take your child with you directly home instead of collecting him/her from school, you will be able to do so but you must inform the class teacher or form tutor in advance.
