Early Years Trip to the Snow Park
On November 18th and
19th, our little adventurers had a fantastic time at the Snow Park. The
students enjoyed playing in the snow, making snowballs, and building snowmen
together. It was a day full of laughter and fun!
The children delighted
in the feel of the snow, stimulating their senses and sparking curiosity about
new textures and temperatures. As they engaged in snow play, they expanded
their vocabulary with words related to winter, weather, and nature, enhancing
their communication skills. The snow even sparked curiosity and science talk
among some children as they noticed how the snow melts when warmed. The
students also had the opportunity to strengthen their fine and gross motor
skills with activities like rolling snowballs and building snowmen while having
fun. The teamwork was fascinating to watch!

on this snowy adventure. We can’t wait for the next one!
