Early Years Nursery Rhyme Assembly for Parents
On November 17th, the EYFS department hosted a wonderful
nursery rhyme assembly, bringing together children and parents in a joyful
atmosphere. Parents joined in enthusiastically, singing along to beloved
nursery rhymes, creating a warm sense of community and shared joy.
Nursery rhymes are essential for early childhood development.
They enhance language skills, promote phonemic awareness, and encourage
imaginative play. By participating together, it helps reinforce these important
concepts while enjoying quality time with their little ones. Through these
timeless verses, children not only learn about sounds and syllables but also
build social skills as they collaborate and share with peers.
Thank you to all the parents for their enthusiastic
participation and support! We look forward to more engaging events that
strengthen our school community.
