The young students of EYFS gathered excitedly for their Teddy Bear Picnic this week. The weather was perfect for this lovely event. Each child brought their favorite stuffed bear and lots of excitement.

In the morning, the teachers each read aloud from a stack of well-loved teddy bear books and the tales of adventurous bears captivated the students’ imaginations!

After story time, it was time for the picnic with lots of healthy food. Then, they played some games and the little bears joined in too! They played “Musical Hugs,” where the children circled around, hugging their bears to the tune of a cheerful song. When the music stopped, they froze and squeezed their bears tight against their chests.

What a beautiful day!
