Yr. 5 / 6 /7 students presentation by the Red Crescent on First Aid and Health and Safety

The Red Crescent Society was kind enough to provide a presentation
today to students of Years 5 / 6/ 7. The lecture was on how to identify health
and safety risks and how to respond to those risks. The students learned the
basics of CPR and emergency first aid treatment and appropriate responses.
The students also discussed with the presenter the good works
that the Red Crescent Society does and how as responsible contributing members
of society we all have a responsibility to give our time and resources to
helping those around the world in need.
