Kuwait National English School Planting a Garden at Rawda Park

The young children of Kuwait National English School Early Years Department recently visited Rawda Park for a visit and to plant a garden.  In partnership with the The Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources, the children went to the park to plant a community garden.

The sun shone brightly on our days at the park and the children had a wonderful time playing games and running outside while still learning how to improve our environment. Each child from the youngest of our children planted a flower in the park. The children reinforced their understanding back at school where they discussed the environment and how each individual student can contribute to it.

Kuwait National English School would like to thank the Park authorities for providing places like Rawda Park for the children can get outdoors and enjoy fresh air and for providing the opportunity to plant flowers.
