Second Term Examination & Mock Examination Timetable (March 2021)

To the Parents of students in the Secondary Department (Year 7 to Year 12)               

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please find enclosed the FINAL SECOND EXAMINATION TIMETABLE for the Second Term Examination (March 2021) in the secondary department.

Dates and times for your diary:

·        Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 examination starts on Wednesday March 17, 2021 and ends on Tuesday March 23, 2021.

·        Year 11 Examination starts on Sunday March 14, 2021 and ends on Wednesday March 24, 2021.

·        Year 12 Examination starts on Wednesday March 17, 2021 and ends on Thursday March 25, 2021.

·        Timing of examination: (8:15 am – 10:15 am), (10:30 am – 12:30 pm) & (1:00 pm – 3:00 pm).

·        Second Term Examination results will be released to Students & Parents on Thursday April 08, 2021.

·        Spring Holiday: March 28, 2021 – April 01, 2021.

Notice to students:

·        Make sure you are online at least 10 minutes before the start of each examination.

·        You must be on time for all examinations. If you are late, your work may not be accepted.

·        If you are late after the examination has ended, you will not normally be allowed to take it.

·        You are not allowed to leave the examination session until after the ending time.

·        If you miss an examination, you will be given a zero mark in the subject.

·        You must not communicate in any way with, seek assistance from or give assistance to, or disturb other candidates once the examination has started.

·        You must not take part in any unfair practice when taking the examination.

·        You must not have any equipment in the examination which might give you an unfair advantage.

·        Failure to observe any of the above conditions will lead to the student concerned being disqualified from the examination session.
