Kuwait National English School Holds Tabour to Celebrate
Kuwait National Day (58th Anniversary) and Liberation Day (28th Anniversary)!
Kuwait National English School celebrates the 58th National Day as well as the 28th Liberation Day of Kuwait! The Celebrations also include the 41st anniversary of the national anthem, which adds to the grandeur of the national celebrations across Kuwait that has witnessed a remarkable development in all fields under the wise leadership of His Highness the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. This occasion expresses Kuwaitis’ belonging, loyalty and pride of their homeland.
The students of Kuwait National English School gathered as citizens and residents to celebrate together and mark this special occasion at the beginning of their day. The assemblies were an opportunity to reflect on Kuwait culture and pride, all citizens and residents take in Kuwait’s’ remarkable stature in the Middle East and as a highly respected country in the Global community.
The School Director Madame Chantal Al Gharabally led the students in a remembrance opportunity and a minute of silence to remember the suffrage of Kuwait’s Martyrs. The tabour consisted of raising of the Kuwait Flag and singing of the National Anthem accompanied by beautiful Kuwait Poetry about love of country and reminders of the unique and special place that Kuwait is, as a United Nations celebrated charitable and humanitarian Nation.
